Discovery Call — 15 to 20 minutes
We schedule a brief call to learn more about your property, your visual goals, your timeline, and your budget. This helps us point you to the right collection or build something custom. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Custom Proposal
Within 5 business days of your discovery call, we send a detailed proposal: the collection or custom package we recommend, a clear breakdown of deliverables, timeline, and investment.
Contract & 50% Deposit
Once you are ready to proceed, we send a simple contract outlining deliverables, usage rights, and timeline. A 50% deposit secures your shoot date. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
Creative Direction & Shoot
Before your shoot, we develop a shot list and visual brief tailored to your property. On the day, we arrive early, work seamlessly with your team, and capture every element in the plan.
Delivery — Campaign-Ready
Your final edited content arrives in a private Coastal Travel Company gallery within 7–14 business days — organized by category, sized for every platform, and ready to deploy immediately. One round of revision feedback included.

Not necessarily. Hotel staff, employees, or even guests (with their permission) work beautifully in lifestyle shots. We can source local talent if needed — just mention it in your inquiry and we will include talent sourcing in the proposal if applicable.
Absolutely. Many clients have existing assets and just need specific gaps filled — lifestyle moments, updated video, or seasonal refreshes. Tell us what you already have and what you need in the inquiry form and we will tailor a proposal accordingly.
We travel. Flights, accommodation, and transportation are quoted separately and added to any collection. For properties offering complimentary accommodation during the shoot, we factor that into the overall investment. We work across the U.S., the Caribbean, and internationally.
All collections include full commercial usage rights for social media, your website, and OTA listing platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia for an unlimited period. Paid advertising and print use are available as add-ons or included outright in The Signature Story. Everything is clearly outlined in your contract before any payment is made.
2 to 4 weeks for The Fashioned Weekend, and 4 to 8 weeks for The Editorial Stay and Signature Story. For peak travel season shoots — winter holidays, spring break, summer — reach out as early as possible. Dates fill quickly.
Yes. Paid advertising rights can be added to any collection, or are included in The Signature Story. If you plan to run paid social or display campaigns, mention it in your inquiry so we can build the right rights in from the start.

Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before your shoot date are accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the 50% deposit. All details are outlined in your contract before you sign.
Yes. For properties that need fresh content on a recurring basis, we offer seasonal retainer arrangements — typically 3 to 4 shoots per year at a bundled rate. This locks in your dates, reduces the per-shoot investment, and keeps your visual library current year-round. Ask about retainer pricing in your inquiry.
